This week we would like to introduce Ishtar TV to you. The TV channel has recently supplemented our TV channels from the Arab region. It broadcasts a general entertainment programme for Syrians, Arabs and Kurds living abroad and aims to promote the culture and heritage of northern-based Iraqi minorities.
